Cancellation Policy
We all have things happen! Please notify the salon if you can’t make your appointment by calling or messaging 408-476-4395. A 50% fee of the total bill will be charged for clients that no show or cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Refunds will only be given within 7days of original services at the stylist’s discretion.
